Restaurant

A passion for food and drink, a deeply sustainable ethos, and attention down to the last detail. You’ll find our restaurant at the far end of the foyer, with a view out over the Göta River.

About the restuarant

Spend time here with your friends and loved ones while enjoying delicious food and drink – either during the daytime for our lunch service, or during the evening in combination with attending a performance.

If you wish to visit our restaurant during the evenings, the restaurant opens 2.5 hours before the performance begins, except for certain dance productions – contact us for information about which performances this applies to.

Choose from the chef’s recommended three-course package, or choose dishes à la carte. If you would like, we can serve your starter and main course before the performance, then prepare your dessert so that it’s waiting for you during the intermission. Just let us know!
