Parsley and mustard baked coalfish, smoked mussels, Sandefjord sauce, mashed potatoes and tomato salad.

Baked celeriac and celeriac cream with roasted walnut butter and pear salad.

Whole roasted chuck steak with parsley glazed carrots, boiled potatoes, cream sauce & jelly.

Grilled tofu with chimichurri, noodle stir-fry and chili mayonnaise.

Tarragon risotto, lemon-baked chicken fillet, grated herb butter, baked cauliflower and yellow beet crudité.

Cabbage pudding with boiled potatoes, lingonberries and today's greens.
