Monday*
Slow-cooked pork belly with gnocchi, paprika ragout, roasted garlic cream, and sage jus.
Pumpkin and spinach lasagna with grated mozzarella, roasted pumpkin seeds, and tomato salsa.
* On Mondays sweets are included with coffee
Tuesday
White wine-poached cod, mussels, aioli, leeks, cumin-cooked carrots, and saffron broth.
Zucchini patties with mango chutney and lukewarm bulgur salad.
Wednesday
Baked cod, thinly sliced zucchini, lentil and feta cheese salad, and luke-warm celery and tarragon cream.
Thai noodle wok (Pad Thai) with tofu.
Thursday
Pan-seared cod, herb and mushroom risotto, crumbled goat’s cheese, green peas, and browned lobster butter.
Baked and grilled pointed cabbage with artichoke cream, fried Jerusalem artichoke, almond vinaigrette, and roasted black beans.
Friday
Roast lamb, thyme-roasted root vegetables, cream sauce, jelly, and boiled cauliflower.
Vegetarian meatballs with green peppercorn cream sauce, potato and celeriac puree, cucumber, and lingonberry sauce.
