Autumn Night Music
An artistic presentation with the Skapa Choir
I call out, I’m prepared to yodel. I see songs. I like music. Could be annoying, but I’m my best companion!
It’s an autumn night. It’s frosty. The moon and stars are shining. We’re wandering through a borderland between dreams and wakefulness towards a restless hour of the night when everything feels hopeless. Strange dreams, ominous thoughts. Dream bubbles and lonely thoughts. Then we wake up in a completely different state of mind with optimistic plans for a new day.
Autumn Night Music is an artistic presentation by and featuring the Skapa Choir. It includes pre-existing lyrics and songs alongside newly composed material developed by members of the choir. The Skapa Choir is open to everyone 18 and older. It’s perfect if you enjoy singing, or want to try performing with others and creating music and dramatic art with people from all over the world.
The members of the Skapa Choir range in age, speak various languages and have different life experiences – but come together around song to create together. If you would like to join the choir, we will be admitting new members in 2022.
