Frida Dam Seidel was born in Denmark and educated at the Royal Swedish Ballet School in Stockholm.
In her last year she was picked to participate in NuDans at Göteborgsoperan in Rebecca Hytting’s work, Peter. The past years she has been dancing with Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company and toured with works by Rami Beer and Martin Harriague. Frida is a member of Göteborgsoperans Danskompani from August 2016.
