Jean-Paul Lespagnard is a fashion designer, costume designer for theater and dance and a visual artist. Lespagnard combines a great sense of fashion with fascination for high and low art and for popular culture in all its shapes and forms. He has won two awards at the famous International Fashion Festival in Hyères, France. Within dance he has, amongst other, worked with Jeremy Wade, the work Fountain/To the mountain, two works by Gilles Jobin Still, Life and Quantum, and with choreographer Meg Ryan he has done Auf dem Tisch at Baryshnikov Art Center, New York. Lespagnard’s fashion collections are sold all over the world, from Belgium and Russia to Korea and Los Angeles.
