Grilled BBQ-glazed pork loin with mashed potatoes, herb butter, pickled silver onions and tomato gravy.

Chili and tomato-baked pollock, couscous salad with spring onions, sugar snap peas, spinach and a hazelnut pesto accompanied by wild garlic yogurt.
Asparagus risotto with pickled cauliflower and tempura-fried vegetables.
Wednesday
Seared cod with jalapeño mayonnaise, potatoes, capers, sugar-snap peas and beets.
Cannelloni filled with artichoke and spinach, goat-cheese cream, roasted pumpkin and pumpkin seeds.

Grilled flank steak with butternut squash puree, baked celeriac, red onion chutney and beef jus.
