Belgian company Peeping Tom’s Diptych – thrilling dance theatre about of hopelessness.

A group of people is trapped in a surreal drama. They went off in search of a dream but are now lost in a mystical labyrinth. And all exits are apparently locked shut.

In this complex piece you are invited to experience an exciting, frightening and self-contained world of fantasy performed in a unique style by masterful dancers.

Diptych is a performance in two parts that moves effortlessly between dance and theatre. It was conceived and created by the Belgian dance company Peeping Tom with the choreographers Gabriela Carrizo and Franck Chartier who have worked with a number of Europe’s most distinguished dance ensembles. Here they have created a unique performance style together with the dancers, a tight weave, a continuous, ongoing process.

Diptych is a full evening’s entertainment in which the two pieces The Missing Door and The Lost Room are combined into a thrilling tale of hopelessness

The guest performance by Peeping Tom is a part of Gothenburg’s Dance and Theatre Festival.
