Crystal Pite is one of the most influential and popular choreographers of our time. In Dusk to Dawn, we encounter her successful work Frontier in a new guise. Frontier gazes towards a dark and eerie universe. Solos, duets and large ensemble scenes, visible and invisible, shifting like shadows in a borderland between the known and the unknown. The embrace of darkness makes the impossible possible.
The original version was created for the Nederlands Dans Theater in 2008.
