Anna Salonen graduated from the musical theatre programme at Balettakademien in Gothenburg in 2018.
At the Göteborg Opera, she has previously performed the role of Galinda/Glinda in the musical Wicked and appeared in Oliver! and Disney’s The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
At Malmö Opera, she played Janet in The Rocky Horror Show, and at SäffleOperan she performed the lead role of Jenna in Waitress.
From 2021 to 2023, she played the role of Konstantina in Mamma Mia! The Party at Rondo in Gothenburg.
In 2025, Anna Salonen was awarded the Annalisa Ericson Scholarship, Sweden’s largest musical theatre scholarship.
