We establish goals, strategies, guidelines and policies all with the aim to support the Göteborg Opera’s vision to be one of Northern Europe’s leading opera houses. We work proactively and professionally in close connection with the organisation. Good working relationships with managers, union representatives, staff and external consultants are essential to be able to deliver fair salaries as well as managerial support, for example during recruiting processes. Cooperation, clear leadership and a safe working environment are all important focus areas for us.
