During the 2025/2026 season, you can participate in Dance with Baby, Family Dance, and Try Contemporary Dance. This season, the Gothenburg Opera's Young Ambassadors are closely linked to the dance company.
GöteborgsOperans Danskompani collaborates with several partners on issues related to dance health. These include the Ballet Academy in Gothenburg through the Dance for Parkinson method, and ConnectArt, which runs the school project RISE and uses creativity and movement to promote the mental health of young people.
We also collaborate with schools, cultural schools and higher education institutions, as well as organizations such as Save the Children and Swedish with Baby. Together, we work to broaden participation and strengthen access to art and culture – regardless of background or experience.
In the Universell Scenkonst network, we collaborate with Regionteater Väst, the dance company Spinn, the dance education Språng, Big Wind and the Västra Götaland Region Cultural Administration on issues related to accessibility and inclusive performing arts.
