Alice Del Frate is from Italy and has been a member of GöteborgsOperans Danskompani since August 2026.
She has a background in rhythmic gymnastics, competing at a high level for 15 years. She went on to train at Ballet School PN and The Bridge Pigato Contemporary, as well as at the Conservatorio de Danza de Alicante in Spain.
During the 2024–2025 season, Alice danced with Ballet TM Company in Germany and has since worked as a freelance and guest dancer. She has also participated in Biennale College Danza in Venice under the direction of Wayne McGregor and worked with international dance companies and projects.
