At last, the dance company returns to Gothenburg! After the European tour that concludes with the world premiere of See You Sunday – one of the evening’s two works – we now bring it home. See it here – and cross your heart you won’t miss The Promise...

See You Sunday & The Promise is now See You Sunday & We Made a Mess!

The Main Stage has undergone an extensive modernisation project, and the installation of the new stage technology has taken longer than planned. This affects the dance double See You Sunday & The Promise.

The new dance work See You Sunday will now be presented together with a revival from last season: We Made a Mess! by Botis Seva. However, this double-bill will be performed on different dates than the original double.

Ticket holders for See You Sunday & The Promise will be contacted by email with further instructions. Learn more here

See You Sunday

Sarah Baltzinger & Isaiah Wilson

New worlds open up in Sarah Baltzinger’s and Isaiah Wilson’s See You Sunday: skewed, humorous and intensely physical. The theme is doppelgangers, and the uncanny sensations associated with them. We are drawn into a surreal realm where humour and anxiety coexist, as characters are cloned, made in inferior copies, or become rivals. The world premiere will be performed by GöteborgsOperans Danskompani in Ludwigshafen, Germany, in October.
