Åsa is an actor and musical artist who has played many major roles, such as Ellen in Miss Saigon, Mary Magdalene in Jesus Christ Superstar, Edith Piaf – Life and love, dance teacher Sandra Wilkinson in Billy Elliot, Lauren in Kinky Boots, the mother in Matilda, Inger in Så som i himmelen and Sally Bowles in Cabaret. In the 2023/24 season, she is playing the lead role in Next to Normal at Malmö Opera. At the Göteborg Opera she was last seen as Mrs. Sowerberry in Oliver!
